I saw I could rhyme words. It came simply to me. But I wrote some pretty horrible songs that I still have on tape.

I usually write when I'm in a great place. When I'm depressed, I don't usually write. So I take all of when I'm depressed and throw it into when I'm feeling good. Weird, I guess.

I eat ice cream. It's better than booze.

To a person sitting quietly at home, Rocky Mountain traveling, like Rocky Mountain scenery, must seem very monotonous; but not so to me, to whom the pure, dry mountain air is the elixir of life.

I love making movies, but there's nothing like performing live.

I have a naturally camp sensibility and a camp sense of humour. I love the icons that gay people love.
